In-home Consultation
I need to schedule an in-home consultation to
meet you, your pets, and to go over your pet and
home care routines, and collect our service forms
and retaining two working keys.

Payment
Checks or Cash: The client is required to leave
payment for services on the counter along with
any new pet or travel information at the time of
our 1st day of each pet sitting service period. We
are not set up to invoice clients for service fees
after they return.

Client is required to have a Veterinary Treatment
Authorization form on file. This form will be used
to authorize treatment in the event that your pet
requires treatment during your absence, while in
our care, and we are unable to contact you at the
time. Client is responsible for any resulting
veterinary bills and additional service fees of
$35.00 per hour for attending to this need.
